The teaware was in great shape and was packaged well.

This is a fantastic travel set for outdoor tea. The gaiwan brews very well and does not get very hot on the outside. The pitcher does get quite hot, but with the side handles this isn't an issue at all. The tea caddy is also a good size, holding about 30-50g of tea, depending on size. Highly recommend!

Well designed set that is designed for travelling. The plastic cup holder makes it snug and don’t have much wiggle room. The set itself is well made. Great for travelling.

I originally received the wrong order (different colour) and was so paranoid that the store owner would just refund me the cost difference and I would be stuck with something I wasn't in love with. But she was very professional, she sent the correct order once I paid for shipping, I received it in good condition. Although shipping took a few weeks, it was still worth ordering from this store, I would recommend it. The quality of the cup is great, it's very pretty.

This is a great little gadget. English instructions not included, but it wasn't difficult to figure out. Just plug into a USB port and away you go. Holds a charge for a very long time. Using for over a month now still on the initial charge. Very elegant design that is fun to use. Beautifully packaged too. Would make a wonderful gift for a tea lover.
