Address Changes
If you would like to change your shipping address, and the item has not yet shipped, please e-mail support@teawarespace.com with your order number and the new address you would like your package shipped to.
We cannot guarantee the address change will be done in time but we will do our best!
Shipping Issues
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for shippers losing packages. If your package is lost during shipping time, we will provide any and all information we can to the shipper to help you file a claim to help you out. We cannot file claims on your behalf.
If your shipment is missing or delayed, first contact the shipping company's customer support. Once the item goes in the mail, they are the only people who have any control over it.
If your shipment is lost, please make sure to contact the shipping company or local post office to get a claim.
Return
If you wish to return your order, you will incur a restocking fee of anywhere between 10-20% depending on the condition of the products upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@teawarespace.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you our return address, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will also need to pay for the return shipping expenses as we do not cover shipping costs for returning packages.

A: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. We normally ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once the package has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
A: Shipping typically takes 6–15 business days.
A: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged item, the package box, and the shipping label. We will arrange a replacement for you.
Q: My country charge VAT, do I need to pay VAT by myself?
A: When you shop with us, we automatically calculate and collect the VAT (Value-Added Tax) directly at checkout. We're using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), we simplify your international shopping experience by handling all VAT and customs duties upfront, ensuring a fast and hassle-free delivery right to your door.
Q: Can I add a custom logo to the tea wares?

A: It depends on the design. Please send us the original emoji file, and we’ll review it and get back to you with confirmation.
A: Unfortunately, personalized items are non-refundable.
